Summary The Guest Relations Specialist welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of their business, and announces visitors to the appropriate personnel. The Guest Relations Specialist provides exceptional customer service, manages client inquiries, and ensures a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. Educates customers about products, maintains compliance with industry regulations, and fosters positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Must have open availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming manner. Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists. Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required. Accurate and timely data entry of patient and/or customer profiles. Maintain working knowledge of cannabis and retail products. Survey guests on how they found us. Perform clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating. Create an exceptional customer service experience with guests. Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Daily compliance with company policies including state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Must complete OSHA 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire (company paid). Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed or simple instructions and solve problems. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be 21 years of age or older; NV State Agent Card required; OSHA 10 required (company paid) to be completed within 6 months of hiring. Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands: Regularly sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear. Requires reaching with hands and arms; may require standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. May lift up to 50 pounds. Visual requirements include close and distance vision. Work Environment: Most conditions are moderate; may be exposed to hot/cold or humid conditions and moderate noise.
