Must have 1-3 years Dealership experience with Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep products Proficiency managing high levels of service agreement related work orders Must be proficient with DealerTrack, Xtime, Google Sheets, Office, etc. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Prioritize Integrity and Customer Satisfaction A desire for a long term career with a growing organization Personal and professional Honesty Have a valid driver’s license Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly, in person and on the phone Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately, every time Clearly record all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer accurately, every time Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts, determine method of payment Establish timelines, setting yourself and the customer up for success Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order, and that keys are located before customer is called to come pick up Explain all completed work and charges to customers, make sure all paperwork is clean and in order We are looking to add a stable long term person to our team.
