is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Express Lane with a working knowledge of our brands, and the desire to succeed in a team based environment. We are looking for someone with a sound foundation of professionalism, who is extremely well organized and able to handle a high energy workload, able to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements
Must have 1-3 years Dealership experience with Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep products
Proficiency managing high levels of service agreement related work orders
Must be proficient with DealerTrack, Xtime, Google Sheets, Office, etc.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prioritize Integrity and Customer Satisfaction
A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional Honesty
Have a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly, in person and on on the phone
Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately, every time
Clearly record all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer accurately, every time
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts, determine method of payment
Establish timelines, setting yourself and the customer up for success
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order, and that keys are located before customer is called to come pick up
Explain all completed work and charges to customers, make sure all paperwork is clean and in order
