Manage lease abstraction, compliance, critical date tracking, and ongoing enforcement of lease terms Perform rent-related calculations—including escalations, CPI adjustments, late fees—and ensure timely invoicing Maintain master lease files, tenant correspondence, insurance documentation, and monthly rent roll accuracy Serve as a liaison across accounting, leasing, asset management, and property management to streamline operations THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Must have commercial real estate experience supporting lease administration and CAM reconciliations Ability to interpret lease language, financial obligations, amendments, estoppels, and related legal documents Hands-on experience with property management systems (Yardi Voyager preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with the ability to manage deadlines and high-volume priorities
