They will oversee all on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Their portfolio spans commercial, retail, academic, and corporate projects, with 50-60% of their work consisting of ground-up construction. Responsibilities

Lead Superintendent overseeing all onsite construction activities. Manage site logistics, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Lead field teams and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Work closely with the Project Executive and project team throughout the lifecycle of the build. Maintain clear communication with ownership, inspectors, and trade partners. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up projects. Broad project exposure preferred; candidates should not be siloed in one sector. Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam. Must be based in or commutable to Epping, NH or Hamilton, MA.
