What You’ll Do
Oversee ongoing data quality management and system maintenance.
Monitor and maintain CRM data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Support data cleanup, validation activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform daily CRM administration (user setup, training, production support, troubleshooting, and data maintenance).
Collaborate with Business Users and IT to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CRM enhancements, offering technical guidance where appropriate.
Support communication, training, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of new features, system improvements, and issue resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date versions of manuals, templates, and training resources.
Assist in managing functional areas related to data governance and reporting.
Partner with business units, the CRM team, and IT to refine workflow processes, establish standards, and drive system efficiency.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Quick learner/adaptable
Experience with data: maintenance, migration, management
Understanding of CRM business workflows
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Attention to detail and diligent follow-up skills
Effective oral and written communication to define problems and present solutions
Comfort and ease in building positive working relationships
What You Bring To Us
0-2 years of professional experience
1+ years of CRM experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing or related field
Bootcamps and certifications demonstrating consistent continuation education
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Travel
Up to 15% travel required

Working Conditions
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite

Pay Range $79,600.00-$104,500.00 Annual. The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate’s pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
