Overview

Reporting to the V.P. of Retail Sales, this role is a key leadership position responsible for growing and managing the Seacoast division through strong operational execution, customer-facing sales leadership, and team coordination. Key Growth Focus

The primary growth focus of this role is to expand both residential and commercial business throughout the Seacoast New Hampshire region and Southern Maine. A major emphasis will be placed on driving additional growth through commercial accounts, including contractors, builders, architects, and property managers. Core Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Sales + Field Work: This role requires conducting face-to-face sales consultations with homeowners and commercial customers. Responsibilities include performing jobsite measurements, inspections, and assessments to build accurate proposals. Strong customer communication is essential, maintaining contact and support from the initial visit through job completion. Operational & Facility Leadership: The Sales & Division Manager will oversee day-to-day facility operations, including personnel management, workflow coordination, and overall performance. The role is responsible for inventory management across materials, doors, operators, parts, and accessories, while ensuring efficient receiving and unloading of materials. Maintaining an organized warehouse and facility environment is also a key responsibility. Job Readiness & Technician Support: A critical part of the position is coordinating jobs to ensure they are fully prepared for technicians. This includes confirming measurements and specifications, verifying that materials are available, and ensuring all paperwork, quotes, and job notes are complete. The manager will also align closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth execution. Strong preparation and planning will be expected to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Business Development: This role will actively pursue new builders, contractors, and commercial accounts while continuing to sell and support existing relationships. Maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources and accounts is important, along with supporting marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase market share. Highly Valued Experience

Garage door installation or inspection experience in both residential and commercial environments is highly valued. Preference will be given to candidates with experience inspecting and quoting garage doors and operators, building products or construction-related installations, and service/repair assessments. The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
