Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager and Business Development team by assisting with proposal development, marketing materials, digital content, CRM management, and client-focused events. This role works primarily in the office, with occasional time spent on job sites, and plays a key role in maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence.

Position Description

Assist in the development and production of RFP and RFQ responses, including content coordination, layout, graphics, printing, and final submissions

Create, update, and edit marketing materials such as project sheets, resumes, A305s, testimonials, newsletters, and presentations

Support and maintain the Cosential CRM, including project records, data entry, updates, and pursuit tracking

Create, edit, schedule, and publish social media content across company platforms, including captions, graphics, photography, short-form video, and drone footage

Coordinate with vendors for signage, photography, and drone video services

Assist with planning and logistics for client-specific events such as groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings

Organize and manage marketing assets including photos, videos, and digital files

Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing and proposal materials

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Microsoft Office

Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms

A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Professional, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or business development efforts

Familiarity with CRM systems (Cosential experience a plus)

Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plus
