Responsibilities
Be a people person. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and do so with a "friends first" mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? We’ll teach you everything you need to know!) Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with your team and support coworkers to get the job done. Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures. Qualifications / You'd Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people! You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
