Kforce has a client in Ocoee, FL seeking an A/V & Event Specialist. Summary: The Audio Visual Support Specialist is responsible for supporting enterprise audio visual (AV) technology hardware and software systems. This role provides both in-person and remote technical support to internal customers and assists with asset tracking, documentation, installation, configuration, remediation, and troubleshooting of IT and AV resources. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional service with clear communication, attention to detail, and strong follow-through. Responsibilities

Coordinate and support AV installations, room setups, and video conferencing sessions Provide support for virtual meeting applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and GoToMeeting Work with audiovisual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms-certified devices Monitor and maintain collaboration systems using tools such as Microsoft Teams Admin Center and vendor monitoring portals Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues; determine repair or replacement needs Recommend strategies to improve the utilization and effectiveness of collaboration spaces, including new tools, devices, or practices Train end users and technical team members on proper use of AV equipment and collaboration tools Utilize Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Windows 10/11 Collaborate with IT teams on enterprise projects and initiatives Maintain availability during standard onsite business hours (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday) Support after-hours events and provide travel-based technical support as required Travel up to 50% to remote sites for AV support and event coordination Perform additional duties as assigned Safely lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds Requirements

High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Relevant certifications or advanced training strongly preferred Prior IT enterprise experience preferred Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly in a dynamic environment Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and adaptability Effective at managing multiple tasks while working independently or collaboratively Ability to work well under pressure with strong organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated experience in AV system commissioning, ideally with an AV integrator or enterprise deployment team Proficiency with control systems such as Crestron and Q-SYS, as well as DSP configuration software Understanding of AV signal flow, AV-over-IP technologies, structured cabling standards, and rack build best practices Additional information

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at posting for this role. This range may be modified in the future. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability & ADD insurance. Salaried personnel may receive paid time off; hourly employees may have PTO eligibility as required by law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
