About REP Labs REP Labs is an ecommerce brand aggregator, incubator, and growth agency. We acquire, launch, and scale our own consumer brands while also providing full-stack ecommerce growth services to external clients. Our capabilities span paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon, TV), CRO, content production, sourcing and supply chain, 3PL fulfillment, and operational infrastructure. In short—we build and scale ecommerce brands end to end.

Role Overview We are looking for a

Website Designer

to fully own website performance across all REP Labs brands and client accounts. This role is responsible for Shopify development, site optimization, testing, and performance improvements, with a clear focus on increasing conversion rate and revenue. The ideal candidate is both technical and creative, data‑driven, and excited to build systems that scale across multiple brands. This role will report directly to the CMO and will ideally grow into leading a full website team.

Key Responsibilities

Own all Shopify and website management for REP Labs brands and clients

Design, build, and optimize ecommerce websites with a strong focus on conversion

Analyze site performance and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement

Implement CRO strategies including:

UX/UI improvements

A/B testing

Funnel optimization

Page speed and performance enhancements

Write and optimize sales‑focused website copy

Collaborate with marketing, paid media, and creative teams to align messaging and performance

Implement SEO best practices across site architecture and content

Track, report on, and take ownership of conversion rate as a core business metric

Build scalable CRO frameworks that can be applied across multiple brands

Grow into managing and leading a CRO/design/development team over time

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Shopify development and management

Experience with website design and UX/UI best practices

Proven CRO experience in ecommerce environments

Strong sales copywriting skills

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals

Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into action

Comfortable owning performance metrics and outcomes

Experience working across multiple brands or clients is a plus
