
Overview
The Game Presentation Coordinator supports delivering high-quality game operations, in-game entertainment, and live event productions for the Dallas Wings. This role plays a key part in developing creative ideas, enhancing the fan experience, and ensuring flawless execution of all games and in-arena events. Responsibilities
Assist in the production of all Dallas Wings home games, including execution of fan engagement activities, entertainment and activations supporting sponsorship, ticket sales, and community/youth sports. Contribute to the development of engaging content and fan experiences that elevate the game-day environment. Support coordination and execution of run of show, scripts, and direction for all home and playoff games. Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, PR, Social Media, Marketing and Community teams to deliver impactful in-game promotions that enhance the fan experience and meet partner objectives. Coordinate booking and management of game-day talent (e.g., National Anthem performers, halftime acts, post-game entertainment, mascot talent, promotional staff). Assist in supervising and directing game-day staff, including DJ, PA announcer, Host, Mascot, Flight Crew (dance/promotions team), and other contracted talent. Work with venue production and control room staff to ensure smooth execution of all game elements. Support planning, developing, and the execution of all pre-game, in-game, and post-game entertainment, including draft parties, media days, ceremonies, performances, video content, scoreboard/LED graphics, mascot activations, and MC/PA elements. Help manage inventory, organization, and execution of sponsorship assets and activations. Travel locally as required for events. Game Day Duties/Responsibilities
Support the run of show and ensure all creative elements are executed to standard. Communicate effectively on headset and act as a back up for game calling should need arise. Assist with coordination of gameday staff and talent. Monitor execution of all in-game promotions, entertainment, and creative assets. Prolonged standing, walking and extended work hours. Must be available to attend all home games for the Dallas Wings, as well as attend select community and networking events. Games and events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred Minimum 3 years of in-game presentation, live entertainment production, or related field Strong background in event production and fan engagement, with demonstrated success in execution Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) preferred Experience with video production preferred Familiarity with the Dallas – Fort Worth Marketplace preferred Work Location & Hours: Work is performed in the office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend all home games for both Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
