Overview

Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Marketing Manager I for their Remote location. Responsibilities

Work with the Director to develop and ensure execution of all promotional campaigns, support DTC strategy and analysis, lead strategic conversations with internal stakeholders, and maintain and develop planning documentation. Build and execute promotional campaigns including things like building placements, target audiences in platforms like Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, and Campaign Manager. Monitor pacing and performance through pulling regular reporting across ad servers, optimizers, and performance dashboards identifying data validation challenges as necessary. Ensure optimal use of all digital assets utilizing key performance metrics. Provide campaign recommendations for effective use of digital assets. Lead strategic conversations with internal partners including driving recommendations based on past learnings and analyzing holistic campaign effectiveness. Build documentation to ensure flawless execution including protocols, step by step processes, and AI integration. Oversee and execute detailed campaign planning and strategic execution of campaigns including attending necessary meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met. Ensure audience targets finalized, and deliverables are determined. Reasonable availability outside of working hours. Lead/provide support for ad hoc projects or urgent/last minute requests as necessary. Requirements

4+ years of experience; Ability to build and support narratives with data. 4+ years of experience; Worked across multiple full-funnel marketing campaigns in a high-paced environment. 4+ years of experience; Strong knowledge of stakeholder goals; Ability to operationalize audience data insights for growth. Audience Tool Experience Media Operations Experience Candidate must be a critical thinker, flexible, organized, resilient, with a One Team mindset – we are at our best when people ask us what we think, not tell us what to do Strong quantitative data skills and the capacity to understand research information and analytics Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively sell in material to internal and external network partners and other stakeholders Must be extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different platforms with specific goals under tight deadlines Ability to work under pressure with continuous ability to reprioritize, applying media thinking and “best practice” knowledge to all areas of media planning with minimal guidance Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint 4+ years in media strategy, planning, or programming with a focus on digital and streaming – operational background a plus; detailed oriented, critical thinker, ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, interpersonal skills a must, deeply interested in media.
