Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Coordinate and track service requests, timelines, and deliverables Maintain accurate account records and documentation Support account managers with day-to-day client needs Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients Assist in resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience Qualifications
