Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused

Service Account Coordinator

to support our account management team and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining client satisfaction, coordinating service activities, and supporting the execution of branding initiatives with precision and care.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Coordinate and track service requests, timelines, and deliverables

Maintain accurate account records and documentation

Support account managers with day-to-day client needs

Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients

Assist in resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner

Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience
