
This is an individual contributor type of role. Owning the sales function for this role is indicative of the incumbent completely driving the Sales Function in their individual capacity. This individual should have handled deals of at least half a million $ or more in size.
The engineering degree is a requirement, but we are willing to consider candidates without this degree if they have the necessary experience in the domain.
Requirements for the role:
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation systems, production lines, and plant-floor operations.
Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 use cases including production efficiency, manufacturing optimization, quality management, maintenance efficiency, and digital transformation.
Familiarity with IoT, industrial data, automation, or AI-driven manufacturing solutions; able to converse technically with plant managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams
5+ years of B2B Sales experience, with at least 3+ years in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, automation, or enterprise technology solutions.
Engineering degree preferred
Travel up to 50% (In USA)
