
Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for cultivating strong relationships and fueling business growth? We’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage an existing book of business while expanding our presence throughout the greater Panhandle, FL region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on generating new business, enjoys working in the field, and has a proven history of sales success, preferably within the metals industry.
What You'll Do
Develop new accounts through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
Grow share at existing accounts and drive repeat business
Introduce and promote new products to customers
Clearly communicate our company's unique strengths and solutions
Identify opportunities for margin improvement and expanded inventory offerings
Prepare and present customized pricing and proposals
Track customer volume, usage, and competitive activity in our system
Manage your time and territory effectively while traveling to meet clients
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience-outside sales background is required
Industry knowledge in metals is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute effectively
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Solid math skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree preferred
Clean driving record (no DWI, reckless driving, or similar violations within the last 5 years)
Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement
