A Day in the Life of an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. You will keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up. You will build rapport and enjoy networking with potential residential customers. You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options. You will perform home evaluations that may involve crawling into tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage. You will use your sales skills to offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits clearly, honestly, and accurately. You will be successful by following our trained sales process. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. Your professional and positive attitude will support inspections and gaining new customers for Arrow Exterminators.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Proven sales ability
Basic math skills
