Customer Service Representative
– Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience. A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Representative
You will be the first point of contact for internal or external customers. With incoming calls, you will identify issues and provide solutions. You may assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files to ensure customer peace of mind. You will also make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. We work in a team atmosphere that strives to meet monthly service center goals. Your computer skills, problem solving, and commitment to creating an awesome experience in every interaction will contribute to your success. Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent Present a professional appearance Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek Willing to work minimal overtime as needed Are You Ready to Join Our Team?
