Responsible for supporting Sales Director in closing business with targeted accounts. Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with appropriate customers Collaborate with customers and determine project specific needs Serve as a point of contact for specific customers Address questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain ongoing communication to build long-term customer relationships Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and support on-time delivery Support issue resolution and escalate when necessary Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and order status Assist Sales Director with customer calls and account strategy Participate in internal meetings related to project status and customer needs Gain proficient knowledge and use of all business support materials and prototype products Understand market position (pricing, product, lead-time) Submit Requests for Quote (RFQ) Follow-up on quotes to understand new project timelines Complete pricelist uploads 30% Travel Not In Scope
