Analog Devices is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Analyst to support the management and optimization of its global portfolio of office, R&D and sales sites. This role provides analytical, financial, and operational support to the Global Real Estate organization and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective real estate operations worldwide. Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day management of ADI’s global corporate real estate portfolio, including leases, renewals, amendments, and critical dates Liaise internally with Human Resources, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Facilities, and other cross-functional teams to support workforce planning, site strategy, and workplace initiatives Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly support leadership decision-making (e.g., site consolidation, lease renewal, relocation), incorporating quantitative analysis (financials, headcount, utilization, timelines) and qualitative considerations (talent impact, business continuity, risk, and strategic alignment) Engage with local site leadership to support real estate needs, workplace changes, and operational priorities Coordinate with external brokers, landlords, consultants, and service providers Develop and implement standardized processes and documentation in support of real estate transactions and ongoing portfolio management Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and internal stakeholders Assist with space planning, occupancy tracking, and site planning initiatives Review, validate, and approve real estate-related invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper cost allocation, and compliance with contractual terms and internal controls Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and adherence to internal policies, controls, and governance requirements Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field Experience in corporate real estate, finance, facilities, or a related business function Strong analytical and financial skills with a high level of attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate, lease administration, or financial systems is a plus Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to global real estate portfolios or multi-site operations Experience with lease administration, invoice processing, or transaction support Interest in corporate real estate strategy, workplace planning, or portfolio optimization For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $82,400 to $113,300. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
