Position Overview As the Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal support. You will play a critical role in shaping the client experience by ensuring inquiries are handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has prior legal intake experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial intake calls with potential clients
Gather, verify, and document client information using CRM and case management software
Assess client needs and route matters appropriately
Schedule consultations and manage follow-ups
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support smooth onboarding
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism
Qualifications
Prior law firm experience is required
Experience with Mycase is a strong plus
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong time management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Fluent in Spanish and English
