The position is located in our Sumter, SC location.

Responsibilities

Answer internal, external, and customer/vendor inquiries on placement and status of orders and purchase orders; address discrepancies and determine corrective action.

Provide assistance and coordination between internal SafeRack departments and external customers.

Process entries, prepare and file commercial documentation, and assist with calculations/report preparation as needed.

Administrative tasks for managing assigned Regional Area Manager (RAM) accounts.

Customer information: assist in entering information for customers and distributors and update information as necessary.

Entry, updating, and processing of sales orders and purchase orders; coordinate/release for fabrication in all systems.

Field issue/returned product: process orders accordingly (warranty/replacement/repair, etc.); distribute/release and ensure capture of information as directed by Technical Resources.

Build rapport with customers by responding to questions on order status, billing or delivery discrepancies, and determine appropriate corrective action including back-up for RAM as necessary.

Receive and send all customer drawings; maintain due dates current in the system.

Maintain high level product and process knowledge to answer internal/external customer queries.

Other responsibilities as assigned or required.
