Customer Service Representative

to join their Houston-based team. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service through proactive outreach, timely communication, and close collaboration across functions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, satisfaction, and retention Deliver exceptional service through proactive customer communication, issue resolution, and follow-up Support growth of existing accounts by identifying opportunities to improve service, increase volume, and enhance the customer experience Conduct outbound outreach to new and existing customers to identify decision-makers, service needs, and potential business opportunities Analyze customer data, buying patterns, and demand trends to anticipate changes and provide market intelligence to internal teams Identify and support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Balance cost and service considerations in alignment with both customer expectations and business objectives Collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment Monitor customer erosion and order trends to help retain existing business and support new order growth Career Growth Opportunities

This role provides exposure across multiple business functions and may lead to advancement into areas such as: Supply Chain & Customer Fulfillment Customer Service Leadership Sales or Marketing Pricing & Commercial Operations Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience 2 years of experience in a corporate or business environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required) and web-based applications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic math skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and applications simultaneously Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and respond to customer needs effectively Preferred Qualifications
