CBG Surveying Texas is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven
Business Development Representative
to grow our Residential and Commercial land surveying business across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. With over 30 years of success, CBG is one of the most trusted surveying firms in Texas and continues to expand. This role focuses on building relationships with residential clients, including private home sellers and title companies, as well as commercial buyers of surveying services. What You’ll Do
Develop and grow a territory of Residential and Commercial surveying clients in the DFW area. Build relationships with private sellers, title companies, builders, developers, and commercial partners. Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, site visits, and networking. Attend industry events and local networking opportunities to generate new business. Partner with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client experiences from start to finish. Ideal Candidate Traits
Relationship-driven communicator who builds trust through professional client interactions. Industry-savvy and consultative, able to explain surveying services clearly to both residential and commercial customers. Proactive and self-motivated with strong follow-up and territory management skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and coordination between clients and internal teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred. Experience in land surveying, real estate, construction, engineering, or title services is a strong plus. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order tracking tools. Benefits
