Overview
Seeking an estimator to produce accurate bids for
architectural millwork, casework, and fixtures , based on drawings, specs, and vendor pricing. Responsibilities
Perform detailed take-offs from architectural drawings/CAD. Estimate materials, fabrication, installation, and hardware. Solicit, compare, and qualify vendor/subcontractor pricing. Prepare proposals, alternates, and change-order pricing. Coordinate with PMs, engineering/detailing, and production. Qualifications
2–5+ years of millwork or commercial interiors estimating. Strong blueprint/shop-drawing interpretation. Proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel Knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication, and hardware Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy health coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). In the early days the shop was small and strictly millwork but over time we’ve expanded, added and renovated to our shop in order to provide custom woodwork, metal, acrylic, glass, stone and much more.
