Overview
Seeking an estimator to produce accurate bids for
architectural millwork, casework, and fixtures , based on drawings, specs, and vendor pricing.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed take‑offs from architectural drawings/CAD.
Estimate materials, fabrication, installation, and hardware.
Solicit, compare, and qualify vendor/subcontractor pricing.
Prepare proposals, alternates, and change‑order pricing.
Coordinate with PMs, engineering/detailing, and production.
Qualifications
2–5+ years
of millwork or commercial interiors estimating.
Strong blueprint/shop‑drawing interpretation.
Proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel
Knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication, and hardware
