Architectural/Miscellaneous Metals Estimator – Estimator Miscellaneous Metals - Decorative Metals Couturier Iron Craft, Inc. is an Architectural Decorative/Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator that is seeking an experienced Pricing/Takeoff Estimator. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience working with architectural, ornamental & miscellaneous metal projects. Possess prior fabrication experience to enable accurate labor estimates. The ability to read and understand specifications, sketches and blueprints including architectural and contractor drawings. The ability to prepare detailed takeoffs from architectural and other various drawings. The ability to estimate required labor hours and materials necessary to fabricate and install ornamental and miscellaneous metal fabrications. Knowledge of stairs and railings. Knowledge of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, shapes and alloys. Knowledge of metal connections and weldments. Knowledge of railing systems. Experience using on-line plan rooms. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word & Outlook). Have excellent communication skills as well as be a great team player. Pay
Pay:
$65,000 - $75,000. Benefits
