Business Development Executive

to grow our customer base and strengthen long-term relationships with U.S. shippers. Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities with U.S.-based importers and exporters. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across key industries such as manufacturing, retail, consumer products, automotive, healthcare, technology, electronics, food and beverage, fashion, construction, aerospace, and e-commerce. Prospect new markets, generate leads, and consistently follow up to convert opportunities into long-term accounts. Prepare competitive rate proposals for U.S. trade lanes and coordinate internal costing with operations. Work closely with Global Cargo’s U.S. stations and international teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and revenue generation goals. Represent Global Cargo professionally across the U.S. freight forwarding market. Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum of

3 years of successful B2B sales experience

in

freight forwarding within the United States . Proven ability to develop a book of business with U.S. customers. Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and U.S. import/export processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
