For more information, please visit www.igt.com or www.everi.com. Direct Commodity Sourcing Specialist II – Responsibilities

Build internal stakeholder relationships and participate on cross-functional teams that execute IGT’s direct sourcing strategy. Maintain working knowledge of assigned direct commodities through relationships with sourcing teams, business units, suppliers, market experts, and global/regional liaisons, applying value chain and value stream concepts. Leverage current and future business requirements, market intelligence, and historical spend to contribute to direct commodity strategies that drive cost reduction, enterprise consistency, and business value. Help build commodity sourcing strategies that align to overall Lines of Business strategy. Identify business enablement opportunities and provide commodity-related insights and recommendations through published commodity plans and sourcing calendars. Create and maintain a commodity-specific initiative pipeline to forecast and guide procurement projects and sourcing activities. Coordinate implementation activities to deliver the expected business value. Provide direct commodity-specific insights to internal clients, and provide regular project status updates to leadership. Track commodity metrics and savings targets, monitor performance, and communicate results to stakeholders. Partner with internal risk and compliance groups to help ensure commodity strategies account for relevant laws, regulations, and risk policies, and reinforce procurement as a value-added function. Contribute to cross-functional teams as they execute direct commodity strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred). 2–5 years of category management, procurement, or purchasing experience supporting direct commodities / direct materials. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project), including building analyses, tracking timelines, and producing clear, stakeholder-ready materials. Strong analytical and financial skills, including evaluating total cost and savings opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Collaborative in ideas and approach to sourcing, with the ability to work successfully as part of a team. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive work to completion. Self-motivated and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Applies flexible approaches to achieving commodity management results in dynamic situations. Skilled in change adoption, change management, and resource assessment. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and connect information from multiple sources to develop commodity management solutions that support business goals. Preferred Qualifications

Experience sourcing direct components in a manufacturing environment, including electronics, electromechanical assemblies, or metal fabrication. Familiarity with supplier quality processes (PPAP/FAI concepts, corrective actions, audits) and manufacturing environments. Experience supporting NPI/engineering changes, supplier qualification, and approved vendor list (AVL) processes. Knowledge of contract terms, Incoterms, and basic logistics concepts supporting material flow to production. Keys to Success

The estimated starting range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr, and actual pay may vary. The Company complies with local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements where applicable. Base pay is one part of Total Rewards. Sales roles may be eligible for commissions; other roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
