Overview

The Help Desk Analyst supports a background verification program that assists employers in assessing applicant and employee eligibility using criminal justice data. The role focuses on employer onboarding, account administration, and day-to-day service desk support. Responsibilities

Set up and maintain employer system accounts Validate employer eligibility for access Create and manage user access to secure portals Update account and user information Provide email and phone support to employers Troubleshoot account and access issues Analyze problems and implement solutions Maintain documentation and service records Support additional administrative duties as assigned Required Skills

Advanced computer proficiency Root cause analysis and problem resolution Data gathering and logical reasoning Professional written and verbal communication Candidate Requirements

Must reside in Virginia Valid local driver’s license required 8+ years relevant experience Must work onsite 5 days/week Must attend in-person interview Must reside in the United States during assignment
