
The Help Desk Analyst will support VSP’s new job applicant and employment background check program, which uses criminal justice data to assist employers in determining whether job applicants or current employees are qualified for employment following criminal justice events.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with employers via email, telephone, and other communication methods Determine employer eligibility for a VSP account Set up and maintain employer accounts Establish and manage account users Assist users with access to the employer ePortal Update account and user information Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced computer skills aligned with the job description Strong ability to multitask and identify root causes of issues and implement solutions Excellent customer service and customer relations skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook Required Skills & Experience
