Contractor responsible for parking fees Role Overview Seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support institutional clients across Futures, Options, and OTC Clearing. This role serves as the central point of contact for trade lifecycle, clearing, and relationship management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence across the derivatives space. Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for institutional client inquiries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and reporting Manage client relationships and coordinate resolution of complex queries and escalations Support trade lifecycle activities including last trade date coordination and options expiries Facilitate client access requests and promote self-service solutions through internal platforms Conduct regular client meetings covering operational performance, open issues, and strategic initiatives Maintain and update client profiles, procedures, and documentation Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Clearing, Collateral, and Brokerage Monitor metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Required Qualifications
Experience supporting Futures, Options, or Derivatives Clearing clients Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, margin, and clearing processes Experience with GMI or similar cleared derivatives systems Knowledge of industry regulations and market practices Strong stakeholder and client communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Experience working with global teams and institutional clients preferred
