
Job Title: Post-Trade Operations Associate
Location: Chicago (On-Site)
Salary: $120k - $150k + bonus

In this role you will be responsible for:
Support and execute essential post‑trade operational processes-including trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliation, and break resolution-across a diverse set of products and trading venues.
Drive the onboarding of new business initiatives, such as new products, markets, trading strategies, and broker relationships.
Partner with internal teams to strengthen and expand back‑office infrastructure, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Proactively assess operational workflows and introduce improvements that streamline processes and reduce risk.
Create, update, and refine procedural documentation to promote consistency, clarity, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Maintain ongoing communication with counterparties, prime brokers, traders, and internal support teams globally to ensure smooth operational alignment.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team priorities and broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
In-depth understanding of post-trade lifecycles for at least one asset class, such as Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, Options, or Swaps
