This firm manages approximately $1 billion in assers under management and specializes in a concentrated global growth equity strategy. Their Investment philosophy focuses on long-term structural trends, such as technological innovation, demographic shifts, emerging consumer markets, and scientific advances, supported by rigorous research. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Relationship Manager to contribute to portfolio construction, strategic initiatives, and overall growth.
Responsibilities
Drive initiatives to grow the firm's presence and client relationships within priority markets.
Proactively source and connect with potential clients using targeted outreach and industry insights.
Deliver persuasive presentations and tailored product overviews that clearly communicate the firm's unique value and competitive edge.
Oversee contract discussions and coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and regulatory alignment.
Cultivate lasting partnerships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary liaison for their needs.
Support team development by working with junior colleagues and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Compile and present detailed updates to senior leadership on business growth, client engagement metrics, and emerging market trends.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, growth equity, or related investment roles working with equity products.
Has intermediary relationships RIAs, wirehouses, and broker dealers.
Proven track record of sourcing and closing new business, with strong knowledge of investment products and client servicing best practices
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a collaborative, sales-driven environment.
Competitive base salary and bonus structure. Base salary is $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
