to lead the organic social vision across our portfolio. This role is a hybrid of brand stewardship and performance-driven marketing—requiring a creative storyteller who can drive exponential follower growth and a digital strategist who can analyze performance to optimize reach. You will own how the

AIMEE

brand shows up in the social world visually, emotionally, and commercially. A critical component of this role is managing the strategic interplay between two distinct personas: the AIMEE Brand Channels and Aimee’s Founder Channels. You will act as a strategic adviser for Aimee’s personal accounts—ensuring her roles as a public figure and brand founder effectively feed the brand ecosystem while maintaining clearly distinct personas. This role is Hybrid (3 days in Midtown NYC office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and reports to VP of Brand Marketing & Creative. Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Brand Stewardship High-Performance Execution: Own end-to-end production of all social content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Stories, etc.) as the primary hands-on creator using iPhone photography and short/long-form video. Founder Production Cadence: Meet with Aimee weekly (in-office) and monthly (in-home) to capture high-quality product content specifically for the AIMEE brand channels. Digital Design: Create engaging assets using modern design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or AI creative suites) to amplify brand storytelling. Brand DNA Stewardship: Act as the guardian of AIMEE’s brand storytelling and copy tone, ensuring every post reflects our core pillars. Special Projects & IP Collabs: Lead social strategy for high-profile collaborations and IP launches to drive media buzz and campaign performance. Product Launches: Build cohesive digital rollouts for new products across various categories, ensuring timely and on-brand execution, that ladder up to broader launch initiatives. Dual-Persona Strategy & Advisory Interplay Management: Define and manage the distinct roles, “Do's/Don'ts,” and best practices for the AIMEE brand account vs. Aimee’s personal founder account. Strategic Guardrails: Serve as a strategic adviser on the founder account, helping optimize her personal content to support the brand's commercial objectives without losing her authentic influencer voice. Optimization Liaison: Collaborate with the founder’s personal content assistant (videographer) to ensure a unified visual language and tonal alignment across both ecosystems. Strategic Channel Audit & Optimization Continuous Channel Auditing: Regularly audit and optimize the performance and relevance of all platforms where AIMEE is active. Optimization & Refinement: Proactively refine content mix, posting cadence, and engagement tactics based on platform-specific health metrics to maximize organic reach. Landscape Strategy: Make data-backed recommendations for activating new social features or emerging platforms based on AIMEE’s brand objectives and consumer landscape. Partnership Identification: Use community insights to identify and help secure brand partnerships and creator collaborations that align with the AIMEE DNA. Real-Time Listening: Actively monitor social conversations, mentions, and industry trends to understand the "pulse" of our community and the broader fashion landscape. Sentiment Tracking: Regularly analyze consumer sentiment across platforms, identifying shifts in brand perception and providing actionable feedback to the Marketing & Design teams. Feedback Loop: Funnel community requests, pain points, and "wish list" items back into the organization to inform customer service, future product development and marketing messaging. Community Nurturing & In-Person Events Authentic Storytelling: Execute organic initiatives centered on authentic, human-centric storytelling to build deep brand affinity. Founder-Voice Engagement: Develop community-driven strategies that leverage the founder’s presence to drive high-touch engagement. Event Management: Lead and manage in-person community events, including influencer gatherings and co-sponsored partnership activations. Community Growth: Develop tone of voice and communication strategies to grow brand affinity through emerging platforms and community-specific social features. Daily Interaction: Act as the primary voice for both brands, managing daily interactions to nurture the customer journey. 360° Strategic Alignment: Ensure social strategies align with and amplify broader marketing efforts across Email/SMS, Influencer/Creator programs, Paid Media, and our DTC Sites. Paid Social Collaboration: Partner with the paid media team to create and generate high performing organic-style assets for Meta and Google ads. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report social performance (reach, engagement, growth) to optimize future strategy. DTC Growth: Use social channels as a primary lever for scaling the DTC business and driving high-quality traffic to our owned storefronts. AI-Powered Workflow Operational Excellence: Proactively leverage AI tools (e.g., for content creation, captioning, sentiment analysis, and workflow automation) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in social media or creative marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant follower growth and engagement. Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple brands with distinct voices and pivot focus as business priorities shift. Self-Starter & Enthusiast: A highly motivated self-starter and true lover of the social landscape who is obsessed with platform trends, emerging features, and the evolving Technical Versatility: Mastery of iPhone photography and short-form video editing, with proficiency in modern design tools and AI-integrated creative suites.
