What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support for global brand activation projects
Help manage project workflows, track timelines, and monitor resource allocation
Monitor the progress of brand activation projects and coordinate project meetings
Organize and maintain project documentation, assets, and files with version control
Support project budget tracking, vendor coordination, and status reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of experience in an in-house or external marketing agency, preferably in account management or a related field
Demonstrated success in brand or marketing operations or a project management-related field
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think quickly on their feet
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to adapt as priorities change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
Previous experience in brand governance or marketing request management
Familiarity with budget tracking and resource allocation processes
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
A passion for brand marketing and a strong desire to contribute to team success
