What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as a resource for Employer and Partner account questions related to FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit accounts

Utilize CRM tools to document and review all client activity and communications

Assist clients with billing inquiries, payments, and invoices while adhering to service level agreements

Resolve escalations and proactively identify potential issues while working with internal teams

Act as a liaison between clients and IT technical and operational teams to ensure smooth operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and occasional overtime

Experience with Salesforce, OnBase, WEX Health Cloud, and various benefit plans is a plus

Exceptional customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise effectively with other teams

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with Employer Group plan designs and file schedules

Experience managing open enrollment and high-volume periods

Demonstrated positive, professional attitude and phone etiquette

Ability to maintain weekly touch base meetings and agendas

Knowledge of privacy regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH
