As we enter the next phase of growth, we are investing in a modern, execution-focused marketing function designed to expand awareness, accelerate adoption, and support long-term user engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends performance marketing, creative production, and operational rigor. You will act as the primary owner of marketing executionlaunching campaigns, producing content, managing performance data, and evolving repeatable systems that support sustainable growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building while scaling and is equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an ad platform, or reviewing analytics. Acquisition & Paid Growth Build, launch, and optimize paid media across social, video, and search platforms Continuously test audiences, formats, and messaging to improve acquisition efficiency Manage creative refresh cycles and campaign structure to prevent performance decay Implement attribution and tracking to clearly connect spend to outcomes Content & Creative Execution Produce short-form marketing content end-to-end (concept ? filming ? editing) Capture testimonials, product stories, and executive-led messaging Ensure all assets meet brand standards and platform-specific best practices Edit video content including motion elements, sound balancing, and color correction Brand, Design & Web Partner on visual direction and layout using collaborative design tools Manage website updates, landing pages, and CMS-driven content Maintain visual consistency across ads, site, and social channels Performance Insights Monitor key growth indicators including spend efficiency, conversions, and engagement Translate performance data into actionable creative and budget decisions Create simple reporting systems and dashboards to support visibility and planning Collaboration & Scale Work directly with leadership on campaign direction and product initiatives Coordinate freelancers or vendors as needed for specialized creative support Document workflows, learnings, and systems to support future hires What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience driving digital growth for a consumer-facing product or platform Strong command of paid media tools and analytics environments Demonstrated success improving acquisition through testing and iteration Practical video production and editing experience (not just oversight) Comfortable working across creative, technical, and analytical domains Self-directed operator who thrives in fast-moving environments Exposure to the music industry or creator economy is a plus Bonus Points Experience working in Figma, Webflow, or similar tools Background marketing to artists, creators, or independent professionals Familiarity with SaaS growth metrics and funnel analysis Enjoys building internal documentation, playbooks, or systems Based in or near Memphis for occasional in-person collaboration
