Responsibilities
Create and optimize content and email copy to personalize messaging by segment, lead stage, and behavior. Support landing pages and ad messaging for ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, X, TikTok, Pinterest) with clear, compliant copy, image and disclaimers. Analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, open rates, click rate, conversions, call outcomes, and other funnel metrics (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to provide recommendations and take action with creative initiatives. Create and optimize content formats and copies for webpages, email, and ad messages to resonate with specific audience needs throughout different customer journeys. Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to reach excellence in paid media, analytics, operations, and compliance. Bring a proactive, team-first, generalist mindset who can take ownership of creative content to be constantly refined and scaled. Qualifications
2-4 years in marketing content, blogs, and email marketing, ideally in healthcare, fitness, or wellness. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or journalism. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills to drive leads and calls into the sales pipeline. Clear, simple content style with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance. Experience with email platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.), basic analytics, paid media digital channels, and tools like Canva or Adobe. Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn. Team-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence, strong commitment, and passion for understanding the entire marketing contribution to the company.
