This is a relationship-driven B2B business development role. You will create consistent access to and trust with decision-makers in property management, HOAs, and high-end custom building. The focus is on booking qualified meetings, earning bid invitations, and helping convert those opportunities into awarded work About Leo Roofing & Construction Leo Roofing & Construction is a premium roofing and exterior contractor serving South Florida. We specialize in high-end residential projects and complex multi-unit/HOA work. Our brand is built on clean execution, documentation, professionalism, and long-term relationships. Responsibilities Build and manage a strategic target list

of high-end builders, property management firms (CAMs), and HOA/Board decision-makers across South Florida to drive sustained business growth. Execute disciplined, multi-channel outreach strategies

(phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person visits) to consistently secure qualified meetings, lunch-and-learns, and board presentations. Actively represent the company at industry associations and networking events

(CAI, IREM, BOMA, builder groups, etc.) to strengthen brand visibility and generate new bid opportunities. Lead discovery meetings and site walks , accurately documenting project scope and coordinating seamless handoff to estimating and operations teams for timely proposal development. Maintain a high-integrity sales pipeline

within the CRM, ensuring accurate activity tracking, stage management, follow-up scheduling, and forecasting. Support and grow key partner accounts

through ongoing relationship management, performance check-ins, and structured referral development initiatives. Performance Metrics & KPIs Consistently meet or exceed

monthly and quarterly meeting-setting targets

(qualified meetings, lunch-and-learns, and board presentations). Generate a defined number of

new bid invitations per quarter

from targeted builder, property management, and HOA accounts. Maintain

100% CRM compliance , including timely updates, documented next steps, and accurate pipeline stages. Achieve

conversion benchmarks

from meetings to bid opportunities and from bids to awarded projects. Increase

partner retention and referral activity

through proactive account management and relationship-building efforts. Demonstrate measurable growth in

pipeline value and active opportunities

within assigned territory. Skills Must-Have Qualifications (Construction/Roofing Required) 3+ years of outside sales / business development in construction or roofing (required). Proven experience selling to one or more of: property managers/CAMs, HOAs/associations/boards, builders/GCs, or commercial property stakeholders. Comfortable presenting professionally in offices, job sites, and boardroom settings; strong communication and follow-up habits. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; comfortable traveling across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade. Organized pipeline management and consistent CRM discipline. Preferred Existing relationships with South Florida property management firms, CAMs, builders, or HOA board members. Experience supporting HOA reroof logistics: resident communication, safety planning, staging, daily cleanup expectations, and closeout packages. Familiarity with CAI/IREM/BOMA and other local association ecosystems. Base salary: $90,000 (depending on experience and existing relationships). Uncapped performance bonus/commission (quality outcomes; not just activity). OTE target: $140,000–$180,000 (uncapped). Car allowance or mileage reimbursement; phone stipend.
