Marketing Assistant
supports the execution of marketing initiatives and day-to-day activities, working closely with the marketing team to help deliver campaigns, content, and communications efficiently. This is a
junior / entry-level role , ideal for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, digital channels, and campaign execution while developing their skills in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of
marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
across digital channels. Assist with the
creation, organization, and scheduling of content
for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other communication channels. Help track
campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables , ensuring deadlines are met. Organize and maintain
marketing documentation , creative briefs, assets, and campaign materials. Support communication with
vendors, freelancers, and partners , under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in preparing
basic performance reports
and tracking marketing metrics and KPIs. Help manage tasks and workflows using
project management tools
such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
to support marketing decisions. Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team. Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in progress or completed in
Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related fields . Strong interest in
digital marketing and communications . Good verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes. Basic knowledge of tools such as
Google Workspace, Canva, and project management platforms . Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback. Nice to Have
Previous experience (internship, freelance, or junior role) in marketing or social media. Basic understanding of
social media platforms, email marketing, or content creation . Intermediate or advanced
English . Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs. Ideal Profile
