Sales Support Specialist

Optimatum Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Specialist who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. We’re looking for a driven professional ready to take ownership in a role that blends sales support with hands-on marketing execution. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how we grow revenue by owning CRM data integrity, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and refining sales materials that influence client engagement and deal success. This is a role where your work will be seen and felt. Location: New York City office located in the Rockefeller Center area. This is an in-office position, but could be remote for the right talent. Own CRM data integrity to ensure accurate pipelines, reporting, and client tracking Manage client relationships and expansion efforts with a proactive, independent approach Execute marketing campaigns across social media and email, bringing creative ideas to life and measuring their impact Design and refine sales materials that directly influence client engagement and deal success Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Maintain organized file systems to monitor/track administrative and business development activities Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials by segment Promote Optimatum’s market positioning and brand awareness through business development efforts Coordinate events and meetings Execute various marketing campaigns and provide feedback Provide administrative assistance to the senior management team as needed Support social media and mass email marketing efforts by building materials and executing campaigns Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a relevant area Prior experience with Sales Support Interest in HR/Benefits issues is a must; prior experience in healthcare is not required Strong technical proficiency in CRM and MS Office Strong detail orientation while also having the ability to see the big picture Ability to execute marketing strategies across various platforms Ability to work well with unstructured projects and problems Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Energy and commitment to deliver high quality results in condensed timeframes Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills Knowledge and familiarity with project management tools and processes Compensation
