
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Account Manager located in Kansas City, MO. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for creating and managing new customer accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall customer account activities. Daily tasks include in-person sales interactions, communicating with new customers, attending daily meetings in the office for learning and developing, and identifying opportunities for company growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services is also a significant part of this role.
