We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted partner to our clients.
Position Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of factoring clients, overseeing daily funding operations, building strong client relationships, mitigating risk, and ensuring accounts perform smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of factoring clients.
Review and process daily funding requests, verifications, and invoice submissions.
Monitor client financial activity, aging reports, reserves, and account performance for accuracy and risk indicators.
Communicate proactively with clients to resolve issues, discrepancies, or funding delays.
Coordinate with underwriting, collections, and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate documentation and system updates for all client interactions and account changes.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support relationship expansion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and industry regulations.
Support month-end reporting, reconciliation, and account audits as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in factoring, asset‑based lending, finance, or related industry (preferred).
Strong understanding of invoices, verifications, UCCs, credit review, and receivables management (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or risks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
