
Overview
Echo is seeking a Sr. Account Executive who can skillfully provide solutions, creatively solve problems, and maintain contact and advocacy for our Managed National Accounts.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will strive to go above and beyond customer expectations every day. Partnering with your team, you will schedule, book, and track each shipment to its completion across all modes of transportation (TL, LTL, Partial, Flatbed, etc.).
Responsibilities
Proficiency quoting all modes and verifying timely pick-ups and deliveries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving both external and internal issues.
Ensure the financial health of each account.
Attend and contribute to QBR/client meetings to review performance and act on client feedback in partnership with Sales.
Maintain and update operating procedures as needed, working with inter-departmental teams to position the book of business for success.
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree with high GPA.
3+ years of customer service experience in a business services environment or 2+ years internal Echo operations experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Calm under pressure.
Superior business acumen.
Knowledge of relevant transportation modes.
Team player mentality.
