We’re looking for a Sales Lead who understands the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and technical execution. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development for Seattle New Media in the North American market. Identify, qualify, and close strategic partnerships with B2B companies looking to improve or rebuild their websites. Lead consultative sales conversations focused on ROI, business goals, and conversion strategy. Educate prospects on the power of Webflow and our approach to modern web design and development. Collaborate with internal project teams to align proposals with real business needs. Provide ongoing feedback to the leadership team on market trends, objections, and client needs. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, martech, or Webflow-related environment. Strong understanding of how modern marketing teams work — their goals, constraints, and success metrics. Familiarity with Webflow, CMS platforms, digital marketing, and conversion-focused design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently. Nice to Have
Existing network in the North American B2B or SaaS marketing space. Experience in Webflow, or other no-code/low-code tools. Background in client services, account management, or agency strategy.
