District Sales Manager, Service & Solutions

for KONE Americas in Kansas City, MO? Location of position : Based in Kansas City, MO, this position is hybrid and involves a mix of on-site and remote workdays. Responsibilities

Analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure objectives are completed by working with customers and colleagues.

Promote a positive culture by achieving safety and quality goals to drive customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Develop and grow our service business sales with a strong customer-focused, outside-in mindset.

Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored service solutions.

Reinforce and execute KONE’s solution-selling methodology.

Lead the implementation of KONE-wide sales initiatives to boost performance.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive and successful solution selling and account management experience, preferably in service or product sales to KONE.

Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience within a comparable industry.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Ability to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.

Ability to conduct financial analysis for sound business decisions.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $167,400 – $219,765. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation:

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
