Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous call center or finance experience (required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Reliable attendance and professionalism

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests

Accurately document customer interactions in the system

Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions

Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards

Meet performance metrics related to call quality, accuracy, and efficiency
