Role Description We are looking for a full-time Lead Carpenter to join our on-site team in Eagle, WI. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute framing, trim, and finish carpentry tasks, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The role includes supervising construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines. Additionally, the Lead Carpenter will maintain job site safety, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate with the team to create functional, well-crafted spaces. Qualifications Proficiency in carpentry, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry Strong skills in project management, including coordinating schedules and supervising construction teams Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality assurance processes Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes on the job site Effective communication and leadership skills for guiding a team of subcontractors and coordinators Physical stamina and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions Previous experience in custom home building, remodeling, or construction management is preferred A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certifications in carpentry or construction management are a plus
